Return & Refund Policy

At Bellissa Feminine Online Amenities Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged or defective.
• You received an incorrect product.
• The product is missing items or accessories.

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, along with the invoice and all original tags.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Email us at bellissaltd@gmail.com with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
• Attach clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the product and the issue.
• Our support team will review your request and respond within 1-2 business days.
• If the return is approved, we will provide further instructions for the return or replacement process.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, store credit, or coupon, depending on the circumstances.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products.
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
• Gift cards, promotional items, or products marked as Non-Returnable.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the Return & Refund Policy.
